Executive & Leadership Coaching Across Industries
KT Core Solutions offers ongoing 1:1 Executive and Leadership Coaching to professionals across all industries, both online and in person. Using Lumina Spark to build emotional intelligence and Lumina Select to align with industry benchmarks, our coaching is grounded in EMCC standards for ethical, impactful development. We support leaders to explore their authentic leadership style, reflect on their influence, and align their impact with strategic and cultural goals - helping them grow into confident, values-led leaders.

Apache - Offshore Oil & Gas: Safety Culture Development Programme
In partnership with FidesOak Ltd we delivered a cultural development programme for a global oil and gas company, working across offshore oil rigs and production platforms. Our founder, Katy Eckert-Turnbull, supported a team of coaches to drive transformation in safety culture, leadership behaviour, and team collaboration.
Using the Hudson Safety Culture Maturity Model, the programme focused on moving from a reactive to a generative culture, improving psychological safety, and enhancing cross-departmental trust through values-led coaching and human factors principles.

Anglo American - International Innovative Mining: Leadership Practices Programme
In collaboration with FidesOak Ltd and The Kiel Centre, we supported a global mining company to build leadership capability and cultural maturity across its international operations.
In partnership with internal stakeholders, and led by our founder Katy Eckert-Turnbull, we supported a team of coaches to deliver a multi-level development programme focused on introspection, behavioural change, and values-led leadership. The programme helped create high-performing teams, improved decision-making, and advanced the organisation toward a more aligned and sustainable high-performance culture.

CES+ & Spirit Energy - Internal Coach Development Programme
In partnership with FidesOak Ltd, we are supporting separate internal coaching cohorts at CES+ and Spirit Energy as part of a shared development programme. Designed and led in collaboration with Katy Eckert-Turnbull, the programme includes a 5-day foundational workshop followed by 10 months of mentoring, supervision, and peer learning. Each cohort is working toward EMCC Practitioner accreditation, with a strong focus on professional ethics, reflective practice, and the development of confident, values-led internal coaches capable of supporting cultural and leadership growth across their organisations.

Centrica - On- and Off-shore Gas Production: High Performing Teams
In partnership with FidesOak Ltd, we supported Centrica in delivering a leadership and team development programme across its onshore and offshore operations. Led by our founder, Katy Eckert-Turnbull, we coordinated a team of coaches to deliver Lumina Spark-based leadership coaching, team workshops, and short learning sprints. These interventions focused on building high-performing teams, increasing psychological safety, improving health and safety engagement, and strengthening collaboration across the business.
