CES+ & Spirit Energy - Internal Coach Development Programme
In partnership with FidesOak Ltd, we are supporting separate internal coaching cohorts at CES+ and Spirit Energy as part of a shared development programme. Designed and led in collaboration with Katy Eckert-Turnbull, the programme includes a 5-day foundational workshop followed by 10 months of mentoring, supervision, and peer learning. Each cohort is working toward EMCC Practitioner accreditation, with a strong focus on professional ethics, reflective practice, and the development of confident, values-led internal coaches capable of supporting cultural and leadership growth across their organisations.
🎯 Focus Areas: Internal Coach Development, EMCC Practitioner Accreditation, Reflective Practice, Coaching Ethics, Leadership Culture
🧭 Challenge
CES+ and Spirit Energy, in partnership with FidesOak Ltd, are investing in the development of internal coaching capability to support leadership, team performance, and cultural growth. Recognising the strategic value of coaching in fostering reflection, collaboration, and wellbeing, both organisations are establishing their own internal cohorts of professional coaches.
While each organisation is running a separate cohort, both are participating in a shared internal coach development programme designed to prepare participants for EMCC Practitioner accreditation.
The key goals of the programme include:
Equipping internal coaches with core professional coaching skills
Aligning development with the EMCC Global Competency Framework and Global Code of Ethics
Embedding reflective and reflexive practice to support self-awareness and ethical decision-making
Building internal coaching capability that supports organisational development and psychological safety
💡 Solution
In collaboration with FidesOak Ltd, we are delivering a structured, high-quality coach development programme tailored to support the CES+ and Spirit Energy cohorts as they progress on their coaching journeys.
Led by our founder, Katy Eckert-Turnbull, the programme begins with a 5-day in-person experiential workshop for each organisation. These foundational workshops introduce participants to the mindset, skills, and ethics of professional coaching and lay the groundwork for long-term development.
Each cohort then continues with 10 months of structured learning and support, designed to build the knowledge, capability, and confidence needed for EMCC Practitioner-level accreditation.
Programme Components (Delivered to Each Cohort):
5-Day Foundational Workshop:
Covers the fundamentals of professional coaching (e.g., active listening, contracting, questioning, goal-setting)
Introduces the EMCC Global Code of Ethics and expectations for reflective coaching practice
Encourages the development of a clear, authentic personal coaching style
10-Month Ongoing Development:
1:1 Online Supervision: Regular sessions providing a reflective, supportive space to develop insights, explore ethical dilemmas, and refine coaching practice
Mentoring and Experience Sharing: Coaches receive guidance from experienced practitioners, helping them connect theory with practice
Feedback on Coaching Canvases: Detailed written feedback on session structures and self-reflection to guide development and deepen learning
Group Connection Sessions: Online group spaces for each cohort to share experiences, build peer support, and strengthen community learning
EMCC Practitioner Preparation: Coaches are guided in aligning their work with the EMCC competency indicators and supported in preparing for assessment and accreditation
