My passion for leadership development is deeply rooted in my academic background. With a postgraduate education, I have a strong foundation in psychology and anthropology - disciplines that explore human behaviour, the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of what we do, and the influence we have on others. This curiosity and understanding of human dynamics have shaped my approach to coaching, enabling me to help leaders develop self-awareness, enhance communication, and foster meaningful relationships that drive success.
