Lumina Spark Insights Debrief & Action Plan - Discover the power of personality-driven growth. A Lumina Spark debrief session offers a powerful, in-depth exploration of your unique personality traits, strengths, and growth opportunities. Through an engaging and insightful conversation, you'll uncover how your natural behaviours influence your professional relationships, communication style, and overall performance. This session goes beyond surface-level insights - it's a strategic journey into self-awareness and purposeful development. Paired with a tailored action plan, you’ll walk away with a clear, personalised roadmap designed to help you harness your strengths, address challenges, and lead with greater authenticity and impact. Each participant receives: - A full copy of their Lumina Spark personality profile - A comprehensive debrief and action plan report tailored to their development needs - Personalised guidance to support ongoing professional and personal growth Whether you're looking to enhance leadership capabilities, improve team dynamics, or elevate your self-awareness, this experience equips you with the clarity and tools to grow with confidence - now and into the future. Booking guidance: Please allow a minimum of 4 days from the date of booking to the date of your session. This is to allow time for your personal Lumina Spark assessment to be sent to you and for you to complete this, (this normally takes around 30 minutes). Our Lumina Practitioner will then review your personal profile before your session, to give you the best in-depth insights into your unique personality, strengths, and areas of development. You will receive a copy of your personal profile at least one day before your session date for you to review and prepare any questions you may have.


Cancellation Policy

KT Core Solutions Online Booking Policy At KT Core Solutions, we strive to provide the highest level of service and professionalism. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, the following booking policy applies: 1. Appointment Scheduling - Appointments can be booked online through our scheduling platform. Once an appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. After this window, appointments cannot be changed unless special consent is granted via direct communication with KT Core Solutions. 3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a fee equivalent to the full hourly rate of the booked service. This policy ensures that our time and resources are respected and available for all clients. 4. Special Considerations - We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to request an exception to this policy, please contact KT Core Solutions directly as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations. 5. Payment & Fees - By booking a service with KT Core Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy, including the late cancellation and no-show fees. Fees for cancellations and no-shows will be automatically charged to the payment method on file or invoiced accordingly. Thank you for choosing KT Core Solutions.
