Our Lumina Select Coaching Packages are designed for high-potential professionals who want to grow their capabilities in line with their role, responsibilities, and career goals. Using the powerful Lumina Select psychometric tool, we assess your strengths and behaviours against industry-benchmarked competencies, providing a clear, personalised view of how you can elevate your performance, adapt to challenges, and lead with confidence in your current or future role. What You’ll Gain: - A comprehensive Lumina Select Profile, highlighting how your unique skillset aligns with key role-based competencies - A tailored Debrief and Action Plan session to translate your profile insights into clear, actionable development goals - The opportunity to engage in targeted 1:1 coaching to build the skills, behaviours, and mindset needed to thrive in your professional environment Whether you're stepping into leadership, managing complex projects, or preparing for your next career move, this coaching experience will support your journey with purpose and clarity. Your Coaching Journey Includes: Session 1: Lumina Select Debrief & Development Action Plan (2 hours) A detailed walk-through of your Lumina Select profile and a collaborative development planning session tailored to your goals. Ongoing Sessions: 1:1 Coaching (1 hour per session, scheduled flexibly at the end of each session) Focused coaching to deepen your self-awareness, develop targeted competencies, and build the behaviours that drive success in your role. *Please note: Lumina Spark Executive Coaching gives you one 2-hour debrief and action plan session, plus one 1-hour follow up session, excl packages. Booking Guidance: Please allow at least 4 days between booking and your first session to complete your Lumina Select assessment and allow our certified practitioner to review your profile in advance. Your personalised profile will be sent to you at least 24 hours before your session, ensuring you’re fully prepared for a high-impact experience. Ready to grow into the professional you aspire to be? Cancellation Policy
KT Core Solutions Online Booking Policy At KT Core Solutions, we strive to provide the highest level of service and professionalism. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, the following booking policy applies: 1. Appointment Scheduling - Appointments can be booked online through our scheduling platform. Once an appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. After this window, appointments cannot be changed unless special consent is granted via direct communication with KT Core Solutions. 3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a fee equivalent to the full hourly rate of the booked service. This policy ensures that our time and resources are respected and available for all clients. 4. Special Considerations - We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to request an exception to this policy, please contact KT Core Solutions directly as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations. 5. Payment & Fees - By booking a service with KT Core Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy, including the late cancellation and no-show fees. Fees for cancellations and no-shows will be automatically charged to the payment method on file or invoiced accordingly. Thank you for choosing KT Core Solutions.
