Our Leadership Team Coaching packages are designed to help teams unlock their full potential through personalised coaching sessions that focus on enhancing team performance, communication, and leadership capabilities. Whether you're looking to address specific challenges or elevate your team’s overall effectiveness, these online coaching sessions are tailored to your team's unique needs, goals, and dynamics. With packages ranging from 1 to 10 sessions, our coaching offers flexibility and depth to ensure lasting impact. Coaching Objectives: Enhance Leadership Skills: Develop and strengthen leadership capabilities within the team, ensuring that each member can lead with confidence, clarity, and effectiveness. Boost Team Performance: Identify barriers to performance and implement strategies to overcome them, improving overall productivity, collaboration, and outcomes. Improve Communication: Foster open, transparent, and effective communication within the team, ensuring that all voices are heard, and challenges are addressed constructively. Develop Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Equip the leadership team with the tools to make informed, strategic decisions and solve problems effectively, even in high-pressure situations. Align Goals and Values: Ensure alignment across the leadership team around the organisation’s vision, values, and goals, leading to a more cohesive and unified approach to leadership. To further enhance your Leadership Team, you may want to consider utlising the Leadership Lumina Spark Insights for yourself or for each member. This will provide a deeper understanding of your unique characteristics and strengths within your team. This can also be complemented by the Lumina Spark Team Map Workshop, to further enhance your teams potential. We recommend that there be a minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 5 to gain full impact during the session. Booking guidance: - Please schedule your first session at least 5 working days after the time of booking to allow KT Core Solutions to contact you to confirm your unique needs. - If you have chosen a package with multiple sessions, the next session will be scheduled at the end of the last session, to allow you and your team to fit this into your schedules. If you wish to have in-person Team Coaching, then please contact KT Core Solutions at katy.eckert-turnbull@ktcoresolutions.com to discuss your needs. We are happy to accommodate in-person Team Coaching within the UK.
Cancellation Policy
KT Core Solutions Online Booking Policy At KT Core Solutions, we strive to provide the highest level of service and professionalism. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, the following booking policy applies: 1. Appointment Scheduling - Appointments can be booked online through our scheduling platform. Once an appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. After this window, appointments cannot be changed unless special consent is granted via direct communication with KT Core Solutions. 3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a fee equivalent to the full hourly rate of the booked service. This policy ensures that our time and resources are respected and available for all clients. 4. Special Considerations - We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to request an exception to this policy, please contact KT Core Solutions directly as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations. 5. Payment & Fees - By booking a service with KT Core Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy, including the late cancellation and no-show fees. Fees for cancellations and no-shows will be automatically charged to the payment method on file or invoiced accordingly. 6. If you have chosen for in-person Leadership Team Coaching sessions, please note that additional expenses, such as accommodation and travel, will be invoiced to you separately. KT Core Solutions appreciates payment of all invoices within 28 days. KT Core Solutions will make every effort to minimise these expenses, within reason. Thank you for choosing KT Core Solutions.
