Sessions are booked at your convenience following each engagement. Cancellation Policy
KT Core Solutions Online Booking Policy At KT Core Solutions, we strive to provide the highest level of service and professionalism. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, the following booking policy applies: 1. Appointment Scheduling - Appointments can be booked online through our scheduling platform. Once an appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. After this window, appointments cannot be changed unless special consent is granted via direct communication with KT Core Solutions. 3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a fee equivalent to the full hourly rate of the booked service. This policy ensures that our time and resources are respected and available for all clients. 4. Special Considerations - We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to request an exception to this policy, please contact KT Core Solutions directly as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations. 5. Payment & Fees - By booking a service with KT Core Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy, including the late cancellation and no-show fees.
